ABOUT MIKE GROGAN
MIKE GROGAN is the CEO of Kaizen Leadership Asia, which specializes in helping global companies sustainably create a more engaged and productive workforce.
He was directly mentored by Lean Management experts from Toyota in his seven years working for the Merck Pharmaceutical Company in the US and Europe.
Born in Ireland, and living in Manila since 2015, Mike is the author of four books focused on mindset change in the Philippines. He speaks fluent Tagalog and is a strong advocate for the vision that we can create a First-World Philippines in our lifetime.
Mike speaks fluent Tagalog and has been a guest speaker for more than two hundred different organizations in thirty different provinces across the Philippines, including trips to speak to OFWs in the Middle East and Japan.
He and his team at KLA have partnered with dozens of global companies (e.g. Bayer, Lufthansa, Manulife) to create customized development programs for their leaders and help them achieve sustainable business improvement without micromanagement.
